"For the past 15 years, yoga has been my sanctuary—a sacred space where I've found balance, strength, and peace. What began as a personal practice blossomed into a passion for sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.

With over a decade of teaching experience under my belt, every class is a heartfelt invitation to explore the depths of your practice, both on and off the mat. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) certified by LEVITYoGA, my mission is to create a nurturing environment where students feel empowered to embrace their unique journey.

Beyond traditional yoga, I've delved into diverse modalities to enrich my teaching toolkit. From Barre Intensity to Trauma-Informed Yoga, Yin Yoga to Restorative Yoga, and even Cupping Therapy—I believe in the holistic approach to well-being, catering to the mind, body, and spirit.

But it doesn't stop there! With six years of experience in Pilates, I bring a dynamic blend of movement and mindfulness to every session. My classes aren't just about the poses; they're about cultivating strength, resilience, and joy in every aspect of life.
